Mission
Section titled “Mission”The Cloud Platform Team ensures that Mujin’s fleet of intelligence robots is never alone. We build the secure, scalable infrastructure that connects thousands of robots worldwide, enabling remote support, data aggregation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Section titled “Key Responsibilities”1. Remote Management Platform
Section titled “1. Remote Management Platform”We develop secure tunnels and VPN solutions that allow Mujin engineers to remotely access any controller in the world for troubleshooting and updates, drastically reducing downtime for customers.
2. Data Analytics & Visualization
Section titled “2. Data Analytics & Visualization”Every robot generates terabytes of data—logs, images, and performance metrics. We build pipelines to ingest this data and dashboards to visualize it. This helps us:
- Identify bottlenecks in production.
- Predict hardware failures before they happen.
- Analyze pick rates and error trends.
3. OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates
Section titled “3. OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates”We manage the deployment pipeline that delivers software updates and security patches to the entire fleet reliably and safely.
Architecture
Section titled “Architecture”[!NOTE] Reliability is paramount. A network outage shouldn’t stop the factory. Our systems are designed to be resilient, with robots capable of operating fully offline and syncing when connectivity is restored.
